Datuk Wira Mohd Hafarizam Harun, JP
is the Chairman of HWAM Sdn. Bhd. and is one of the founding directors of the company.Datuk Hafarizam was awarded “The Chevening Scholarship” By The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, UK to pursue LLM in Law In Development at Warwick University.
Datuk Hafarizam has extensive experience in dealing involving corporate litigation, constitution law, administrative law, society’s law, and breach of fiduciary duty in public office.He is the prominent council for Election Petition and Election laws in Malaysia and has written several publications on the subject.
Datuk Hafarizam had chaired countles Board of Directors and counsel to directors on corporate governance and multinational project engagements. Datuk Hafarizam become one of the most sought after legal counsel in Kuala Lumpur.
Datuk Wan Azmir Wan Majid
With years of experience under his belt, Datuk Wan Azmir’s secretarial and legal expertise is centered around civil and criminal litigation and arbitration. His areas of practice in civil litigation includes but is not limited to matters of debt recovery, construction, corporation disputes, estate matters, property disputes, joint management body disputes and all other corporate and contractual disputes.
He is an expert in myriad matters including but not limited to cases pertaining to corruption, immigration offenses and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001 (AMLA). Corporate matters never eludes Datuk Wan as he had ventured himself in setting up his own Companies and Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). As 2022, the market is still new to the idea of LLP and Datuk Wan is not one to shy from becoming the pioneers to become the Compliance officer of LLPs.
Datuk Wan is well known as an incubation consultant. He has been consulting many startups in setting up Companies/Businesses/LLPs and managing startups. Throughout the years Datuk Wan had built a remarkable network of vendors like properties agents, building managers, licensing partners, website developers and human resource agencies. From this connection datuk wan had produced a 5 year-module for startups.
Datuk Wan Azmir’s was awarded a title of Darjah Pangkuan Seri Melaka (DPSM) by His Most Excellency Melaka on 24th August 2021.
Ms Arlisma Zainul Ariff
Garnered her experience in legal practice from several prominent legal firms and as a Senior Executive with HLI-Hume Management Co Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Hong Leong Group. She is equipped with extensive knowledge and experience in the corporate world and has been involved in major corporate and securitization exercises.
She has working knowledge of and has been actively involved in advising companies on general corporate matters and involved in drafting Highway Concession Agreement, Facilitation Fund Agreements with Ministry of Finance and a wide range of work comprising banking, real estate, legal due diligence, personal data protection and regulatory advisory works.
Her forte includes drafting and negotiating shareholders agreement, commercial agreements , joint ventures for developments and technology agreements, to name a few.
Besides general corporate advisory work, she also advises on Intellectual Property and start-up companies. She sits on the legal advisory board of several universities, foundations and Board of Ethics in a medical company.
She also acts as company secretary and advises on the registration of companies, societies, foundations and their establishment and management.
She has known no limits when it comes to her experience in corporate governance and secretarial practice especially in setting up foundations and societies, corporate restructuring and corporate law.
